Cancellation Policy and Associated Charges

Important Information:

  • Airport Pickups: No waiting time charges will apply for flight delays. However, for pickups from locations such as home, office, hotel, club, restaurant, etc., a waiting time fee of $10.00 for every 15 minutes will apply.

  • Rescheduling: We require 24 hours’ notice for any changes. If you need to reschedule, a 25% fee of the base fare will apply if less than 24 hours’ notice is provided.

  • Cancellations:

    • For local pickups and drop-offs, we require 24 hours’ notice for cancellations.
    • For cross-border pickups and drop-offs, we require 48 hours’ notice.
    • If cancellations are made less than the required notice time, a 50% cancellation fee of the base fare will apply.
    • If a scheduled pickup is cancelled at the time of pickup, a 100% fare charge plus taxes will apply as a last-minute cancellation fee.
  • No-Shows: A 100% fare charge plus taxes will apply for all no-shows. Please do not leave with another taxi or limo—if you do, you will be charged the full cost as a no-show.
